Large ground floor golf villa sits among the pines overlooking the 17th fairway of Seascape Resort Golf Course. The large patio with porch swing and table with 4 chairs also overlooks a beautiful lake. The parking lot side of the condo is just across from one of the resort's 5 swimming pools, and a fishing lake. Seascape Resort is a gated community with an 18 hole championship golf course, 5 swimming pools, 1 which is heated and covered in winter, 8 tennis courts, basketball court, bike rentals, beach chair rentals, and beachside bar and restaurant.

Our unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and sleeps 8. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, tv, vcr, dvd player, stereo with cd player, games, books, children's vcr tapes, and checkerboard table. The dining table seats 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, tv/vcr combo, hair dryer, clock radio and bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, tv/vcr combo, and clock radio. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a clock radio. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has an iron and ironing board. A coin operated washer and dryer are located in a room just outside our front door.
